Every month, current VisionWeb insurance processing customers have the opportunity to attend a FREE webex training hosted by our training experts. We provide this service so our customers have the advantage of quickly training new users who haven’t been fully trained by their previous billers, or to simply retrain existing users.
VisionWeb offers a variety of training options to ensure we meet your needs. We encourage our customers to attend training sessions for the following subjects:
- Claim Submission – VisionWeb
- Claims 101
- Payment Manager
- Real Time and Home Page Tour
To register for a training session, log onto VisionWeb.com and click on Payer Transactions, on the Office Home tab. On the right side of the screen, there is a section called Customer Service and Support. From there, click on “Online Training” and choose the course, date, and time that best fit your needs.
